At Seychelles Footwear, we want you to love your new shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure soles are unmarked and all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
